It is highly advisable to inspect the physical sample prior to final approval for production. this offers the opportunity to assess the quality, ensuring all aspects are accurate before proceeding with the entire print run. our standard sample fee is $100 with delivery included. depending on the order size, we may waive the sample fee.
PE (polyethylene) is petroleum-based, making it less sustainable, but it is the more cost-effective option with custom orders starting from just 1,000 pieces. PLA (polylactic acid), on the other hand, is a bioplastic derived from renewable resources such as cornstarch, offering a more eco-friendly alternative. However, PLA cups generally require a higher price and minimum order quantity (MOQ).
Yes, our customers are entitled to free storage for up to 3 months. Extended storage options can be arranged as per the terms outlined in the contract.
