Refund policy
Returns
We want you to love your Kustomise order! If anything isn’t perfect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
📸 A photo of the item
📦 Your order number or proof of purchase
Return Conditions:
✔️ Items must be unused, and in original condition
❌ Final sale items: Samples and customised products cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged upon arrival
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a couple of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please wait a few days, some refund may takes longer to been proceed depending on the banks, or contact us at support@kustomise.com.au
